How do we know what services we need?
This is very simple. During your initial consultation, we make sure to ask a lot of questions to really learn about who you and your business are and what your mission is. We also find out what you have done to get you to where you are and your goals so we can figure out the best strategy to help you reach those goals.
Who will be handling our account?
When you start with us, a well-trained, vetted, and US-based Brand Manager is assigned to your account and takes care of every aspect of your marketing. The Brand Manager curates and shares content, creates ads, handles your ad spend budget, and manages your engagement. Your Brand Manager is vetted and trained to deliver your message in the “voice” of your brand. We also have systems in place to make sure all content is approved before being published.
How will you know what to post for my company?
Do we have to provide the content you share on my profiles?
We welcome as much input as you want to give us, but you do not have to create any content yourself. Our Brand Managers are experts at creating engaging content out of stock imagery or even repurposing media you may already have.
Original media – i.e. photos or videos of your business – communicates your message so much more efficiently. So we ALWAYS recommend that you have either your team or our team consistently capturing fresh visual media for our brand managers to use.
Can I still post on my profiles?
Yes, of course, you can! Our job is to take away the pressure of the enormous day to day work required to have an active and responsive social media presence. You are welcome to be as much a part of that as you want.
How much growth can I expect to see?
While our services will absolutely and almost immediately net you, new followers and you will see this growth in our monthly reports. Our services are more targeted at driving audiences off social and converting them into audiences you own. Social is a great place to meet and engage with followers, but not necessarily the best to build your audience.
Can I bring you specific products, promotions, or specials I want you to promote?
Your Brand Manager is your go-to person for any content- or goals-related need. Just shoot them a message with what you want and how much you want to spend on it. They’ll take care of creating and sharing the promo on your accounts.
We do provide development packages for large sales or branding campaigns.
How long does it take for me to start seeing activity on my profiles?
We want to get your online presence growing as soon as possible. This really depends on how much work we need to do to set up your digital assets. On average, our onboarding process takes 2-4 weeks. During that time, you’ll give us access to your accounts, share your goals and budget with us, and send us your branded content. We’ll be doing research, building your sales funnels, setting up your accounts, and curating content. It’s that easy!
Do you require a contract?
We do ask you to sign an agreement that states the services we perform for you, but there’s no minimum time obligation, and we only ask that you give us 30 days notice if you ever decide to end our services. We are confident that you’ll experience incredible growth and freedom in your business when you partner with us. Our goal is to be as transparent and accommodating as possible!
However, we do provide a discount if you sing a length of time agreement with us.
How is the sales process handled?
We will do all of the front end work of prospecting, answering basic questions, and qualifying your leads. For service or other business types, once we have received their request to be contacted, we then send those leads directly to you your team. We let you and your team handle any and all customer service issues or questions.
Are there any setup fees?
In order for any marketing plan to be successful, you have to have a follow-up plan and the right tools in place for any strategy to be successful. We require all of our clients to have or invest in these tools and systems. If you don’t already have the tools and systems required for your custom strategy, we do require a one time investment to do that for you. The investment varies by how much setup is required and will make a huge impact on the ROI of your marketing.
How do you keep my accounts secure?
We use secure software to manage your accounts. When possible we use these tools to gain access to your accounts without requiring your password. When we do require your password we use RoboForm to store and share access to your accounts with our Brand Managers.

Who will be handling my account?
Can I still post on my profiles?
Do I have to provide all the content you share on my profiles?
No! We’re experts at finding the best content across the web to engage your audience and grow your online presence. Our Brand Managers find free stock photos on the web to match what we’re posting about, or create graphics to provide visual variety on your profiles.
We don’t require that you provide us with content, but we strongly encourage you to send us any content you may already have. Original content – like photos or videos of your business – allows your customers to see who you actually are and what you do. But don’t feel pressured – we will work with as much or little content as you already have to create the best profiles possible.
