Who will be handling my account?

When you start with us, a well-trained Brand Manager is assigned to your account and takes care of every aspect of your marketing They curate and share content, create ads, handle your ad spend budget, and manage your engagement. Your Brand Manager is dedicated to your goals and specific needs, and treats your online customers the same way you would. Our goal is to have clear and frequent communication between us and our clients, so our Brand Managers are always eager and available to hear from you.

How will you know what to post for my company?

As part of our onboarding process, we ask you to fill out a New Client Questionnaire, which gives us most of the information about your business we need. We also perform industry, audience, and local research. The Brand Manager who is assigned to you will review the questionnaire before curating content and will be in constant communication with you to make sure we’re meeting your expectations. Your Brand Manager also has a handle on the current social climate and will keep your account up to date with the latest trends and strategies.

Do I have to provide all the content you share on my profiles?

No! We’re experts at finding the best content across the web to engage your audience and grow your online presence. Our Brand Managers find free stock photos on the web to match what we’re posting about, or create graphics to provide visual variety on your profiles.

We don’t require that you provide us with content, but we strongly encourage you to send us any content you may already have. Original content – like photos or videos of your business – allows your customers to see who you actually are and what you do. But don’t feel pressured – we will work with as much or little content as you already have to create the best profiles possible.

Can I still post on my profiles?

Yes, of course you can! Our job is to take away the pressure of sharing content, but we welcome any additional posts you want to make. The accounts are yours, so you have free reign on them!

How much growth can I expect on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter?

We target our ads and posts so that your new followers are in the sweet spot of your audience and are cost effective. Your exact growth really depends on your business, platform, and budget for ads. In the first month you can expect your audiences, engagement, and reach to grow. We measure all analytics and you can see this growth in your monthly report.

What do I do if I have specific products, promotions, or specials I want you to promote?

Your Brand Manager is your go-to person for any content- or goals-related need. Just shoot them a message with what you want and how much you want to spend on it. Then they’ll take care of creating and sharing the promo on your accounts.

How long does it take for me to start seeing activity on my profiles?

We want to get your online presence growing as soon as possible. On average, our onboarding process takes 2-4 weeks. During that time, you’ll give us access to your accounts, share your goals and budget with us, and send us your branded content. We’ll be doing research, building your sales funnels, setting up your accounts, and curating content. It’s that easy!

Do you require a contract?

We are confident that you’ll experience incredible growth and freedom in your business when you partner with us. We do ask you to sign an agreement that states the services we perform for you, but there’s no minimum time obligation, and we only ask that you give us 30 days notice if you ever decide to end our services. Our goal is to be as transparent and accommodating as possible!

How is the sales process handled?

We will do all of the front end work of prospecting, answering basic questions, and qualifying your leads. For service or other business types, once we have received their request to be contacted, we then send those leads directly to you your team. We let you and your team handle any and all customer service issues or questions.

Are there any setup fees?

In order for any marketing plan to be successful, you have to have a follow-up plan and strategy in place. We require all of our clients to have or invest in these processes and systems. If you don’t already have your associated accounts/systems set up, we do require a one time investment to do that for you. The investment varies by how much setup is required and is definitely worth the time you save doing it yourself.

How do you keep my accounts secure?

We use secure software to manage your accounts. When possible we use these tools to gain access to your accounts without requiring your password. When we do require your password we use RoboForm to store and share access to your accounts with our Brand Managers.
